NJM Fashion House will not be liable for any loss, damage, or distress resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

NJM Fashion House specializes in premium menswear, womenswear, contemporary fashion, tailored attire, and designer apparel. Because our textiles feature genuine hand-weaving, traditional artisan craftsmanship, and natural dye processes, slight variations in weave texture, motifs, and shade intensity are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.

We strive to represent product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, the exact color appearance may vary slightly depending on display monitor calibrations, mobile screen profiles, and ambient lighting conditions. If an item you receive is materially not as described, your primary remedy is covered under our 3-Day Return & Replacement policy.

All prices displayed on njmfashionhouse.com are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices prevailing at the time your order is placed will apply to your transaction.

We accept the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to our delivery courier partner upon receiving your parcel.
• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, and Rocket through our secure payment gateway.
• Debit / Credit Cards & Internet Banking: VISA, MasterCard, and local online banking channels.

NJM Fashion House reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order in instances of technical mispricing, inventory stock-outs, incomplete address credentials, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, any electronic payment made will be promptly processed for refund.

NJM Fashion House partners with leading courier networks in Bangladesh, including Pathao Courier and Steadfast Courier, to ensure secure and swift delivery across all districts, thanas, and divisional cities.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 24 to 48 hours following dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka / Sub-districts: 2 to 4 working days following dispatch.

Live consignment tracking is accessible directly through our Track Order page or your NJM Fashion House customer dashboard using your order ID or courier tracking code.

Your satisfaction with NJM Fashion House's luxury fashion & apparel is our priority. If you encounter any genuine issue with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 03 days of receiving your delivery parcel.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] or message our customer helpline with your Order ID and photos of the issue. Following inspection, replacement items will be dispatched, or refunds credited within 7–10 working days for electronic payments.

All trademarks, brand names, visual logos, typography, product photographs, videos, marketing collateral, and web designs featured on njmfashionhouse.com are the exclusive intellectual property of NJM Fashion House.

No user or external party is permitted to scrape, reproduce, replicate, distribute, or commercially exploit any visual media, product imagery, or text content without the prior written consent of NJM Fashion House.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to transactions on NJM Fashion House shall first be sought to be settled amicably through direct customer care mediation. Failing mutual resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
